Our fourth holiday apartment has a roofed terrace as well as a sun-terrace near a pond and a litte stream.
This holiday apartment was once a part of the old apple-press of „La Vicomterie“. It has lot of charm and atmosphere by its wooden ceiling and natural stone-walls (mainly granit stones).

Our fourth apartment with its 35 m2 on one floor and its high and open space is an ideal place for 2 persons.

You enter a comfortable living-room, beside the kitchen with dining-place.A door opens into the bathroom with shower and toilet. A granit step leads you to the bedroom (double-bed 200x200 cm and large cupboard). It can be darkened by two curtains.

In the holiday apartment there is a free internet access (wireless until 2 megabytes) available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Every holiday apartment has got a CD player with radio as well as a sunbed outside.

Prices per week (+ 40,- EUR final cleaning):

240 €   from 01.01. to 14.05.
310 €   from 14.05. to 25.06.
420 €   from 25.06. to 03.09.
310 €   from 03.09. to 01.10.
240 €   from 01.10. to 31.12.

In autumn, spring and winter there` s an additional charge for the heating. We ask for a damages deposit of 100,- EUR, which will be returned in full at the end provided there are no damages.

Arrival:  on Friday after 4 p.m.

Leave:   on Friday before 10. a.m.

Please bring your own towels and bed-linen.

Because of farm animals in the neighbourhood no dogs, please!
